About Us
Leggo's Animal Haven was started with cats and kittens that were fostered for another rescue. It has since become a place for rescuing, fostering, finding new homes, etc... for cats and dogs that come to us from our various counties in Michigan and sometimes from other states. We also provide a permanent home to special needs, hospice, and elderly cats and dogs.
Adoption
If you decide to adopt one of our furbabies, we do charge an adoption fee, require contracts to be signed, do home visits, and contact references and your veterinarian.
Helping us, help them
Leggo's is supported partly by our paychecks from working outside jobs, selling handmade items, and from our fees charged. Our money is used for medical, food, etc.... (We do not pay anyone a salary). Instead of money donations, we encourage shopping our handmade items or sending one of the items they use, from our Amazon list, to help us help the animals.
